The founder of Synchronicity, Randy has been involved in website design since 1996. Having completed the rigorous CIW certification training, Randy focuses on designing websites that are clean, fast, and visually appealing. He also has an extensive background in sales and marketing, and has served as a sales trainer in the insurance industry. A Billboard award winning professional musician for over 20 years, he also appreciates excellent multimedia design and sound.
Lead Programmer / Head Guru
Robert has been a part of the Sync team since 1999. He has a degree in music and has been playing with computers and electronics since his grade school acquired a pile of TRS80 machines in 1980. Having worked with many different types of clients over the years, Robert can bridge the gap between the technical world and 'normal people' in order to build solutions that meet our clients needs.
Systems Administrator
Kelly has been a part of the team since 2004. He's the guy that makes sure everything is as stable as can be despite anything goofy Robert tries to set up. With a degree in electrical engineering and wide experience managing network and server systems, Kelly has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in running a stable network and is a master at solving difficult system problems.

Nathan started working with the team in the summer of 2008. He applies his degree in computer science and fourteen years of professional software engineering experience towards customizing the Hutman CMS to do exactly as our clients wish.

Jeremy comes to the world of web development from the printing industry, only now the pages he formats are for the screen and not for the printing press. His specialties are in creating cross-platform websites that adhere to HTML and CSS standards. When he isn't coding, Jeremy is riding his bike or brewing up a batch of his famous vegan chai.

Beth has over 5 years of hands-on SEO experience in the greater Charlotte area. From keyword research, blog writing, link building, reputation management, social media, search engine optimization, online marketing and more, Beth does everything she can to move your website from outside the Top 100 pages of Google to inside the Top 10 search results for your target keywords.
Copywriter and Content Developer
Heather has years of experience in advertising, SEO and generally just creating really, really effective content. She helps our clients figure out what they want to say and then translates that message into clean, searchable web-copy. Part blogger, part content manager, part social media guru, Heather is our go-to writer for client projects. When she’s not staring at her laptop screen she’s probably thinking about her next meal, traveling to far-off places or playing with her undeniably handsome English bulldog, George.
Marketing and Administrative Assistant
Vicky offers many years of marketing and administrative support experience in a variety of industries. Vicky appreciates being able to grow in both technical and social skills through her position, and her ability to multi-task and willingness to help are valuable when it comes to proposal preparation, client support and just doing whatever needs to be done. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two babies (a black lab and a white toy poodle).

When you think organization, think Carol. With many years of experience in sales and customer service, Carol has the skills to make things happen. She really is the magician behind the curtain when it comes to managing the office. A people person at heart.
Tech Support / Customer Service
Rich handles system maintenance for our servers and our customer's networks as well as providing great tech support for all sorts of issues. No matter how strange the error is on your screen, Rich can figure it out. He's the only one in the office stuck running Vista on his desktop just so he can sympathize with our customers who have it.
Office Mascot / Loyal Companion
Brady is a pure-bred AKC registered Yellow Lab. Although his mother was a repeat Vermont Dog Olympic champion, Brady tends to pour his energy into less stressful activities such as sleeping, eating, and looking handsome. He is known for his drive-by kisses and cuddly personality.
