Based in Mint Hill, NC, Randy has a solid background in web and graphic design. A former sales trainer in the insurance industry, he is also experienced in both sales and marketing. As the founder of Synchronicity, he has been deeply involved in web site design and development for more than nine years.

Having completed the rigorous CIW certification training in web design, advance graphic design, web languages, and e-commerce, Randy focuses on designing and developing web sites that are clean, fast, functional, and visually appealing to a client's audience. A Billboard award winning professional musician for over 20 years, he also appreciates excellent multimedia design and sound.
